Refund Policy

At Hound’s Meow Apparel, every item is made to order and printed just for you. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a problem with your order.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

To start the process, email us at houndsmeowapparel@gmail.com and include:

- Your order number

- Photos showing the issue

- A short description of the problem

There’s no need to return the item.

Wrong Size or Changed Mind

We can’t offer returns or exchanges for orders placed in the wrong size, color, or if you change your mind after purchase. All items are printed on demand, so we recommend reviewing sizing charts and order details carefully before checking out.

Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, email us at houndsmeowapparel@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll look into it and send a replacement if the item is confirmed lost.
